Edgi, a local leading supplier of tight-bore barrels, has now managed to fabricate a drop-in cylinder and it can now reach 600fps!
by just changing the cylinder, you now have a long range rifle!

For you guys worrying about the sears, you might be interested. Though I am from the southern end of our country and EDGI is on the north, we Filipono's like to compliment our countrymen's innovations and help each other with the same field of interest as well as share knowledge.

Here's a pic of the trigger assembly with the new sear, to be installed on a new DEM50 with an EDGI upgrade kit. Just waiting for the bolt handle to be finished then this baby will rock. For now it uses the stock spring instead of the SP02 that came with it. Still packs a punch though.

Notice the Spring guide stopper beside the trigger assembly? That is also fabricated from steel to complement the new trigger sear so you will have no worries using the EDGI upgrade kit.

BTW this unit is not mine, its from a customer who wanted to put in all the available upgrades for this baby.




A close-up of the sears, have 4 pcs. left from the first batch. This retails for about USD 17.00 excluding shipping cost. For international orders, I still have to check how much. Production is ongoing in batches so no worries on stock availability. Each piece is pre-fitted on my own DEM50 just to make sure everything fits easily when you install it.



I'm currently planning on marketing it as a package: the trigger sear, Spring guide stopper and bolt handle since these are the part that bears the stress once power upgrades are installed.
