parakam,
there are no gun runners and suppliers (airsoft) ormoc city, we are getting our stocks either from tacloban city or cebu city.
most of the time we make a transaction it will be always cash first (deposited to bank [payment]) then the gun runner will send you your item with your specified and agreed time (Tacloban City). if in Cebu well the COD will apply, because you yourself will search, choose, buy, pay and carry your arms back to Leyte.
